Commercial Pool Return Line Pipe Break Repair
This commercial pool was losing a large volume of water through a break in its return line — the plumbing that feeds the jets.
We pinpointed the break to a tee serving one of the jets, removed the pavers, and excavated down to the leak — which sat at least three feet below the deck. Using a fitting-saver tool, we cleared the broken pipe left inside the tee and plumbed in a loop to reconnect the line. A pressure test confirmed there were no additional breaks before we backfilled the hole and re-set the pavers.

Electronic listening pinpoints underground leaks to within inches — so we can do targeted excavation instead of full re-routes. These photos show the difference.
