Diagnostic Accuracy

If we locate a leak and it re-emerges within 60 days, we return at no charge, re-test the system, and identify whatever we missed. This applies to the full system — not just the specific area we diagnosed. It's the detection version of "we stand behind the work."

Minor Repair

On-the-Spot Work

Minor repairs — patches, fitting replacements, small fixes completed during the detection visit — are warranted for two full years from the date of work. Not 30 days. Not 60. Two years, in writing, because a repair you can't rely on isn't really a repair.

Warranties work when both sides understand them clearly. Here's what each tier covers, what it doesn't, and how the claim process actually works.

Warranty 01

60-Day Detection
Warranty.

Duration: 60 days from date of completion
Covers: Full system re-test if a diagnosed leak re-emerges
Cost to you: $0

When we perform a leak detection, we don't just look at the area that's been causing problems — we isolate and test the entire pool system, from shell to plumbing to equipment pad. If we identify a leak (or confirm there isn't one), that diagnosis is warranted for the next 60 days.

If you call us back within the 60-day window because water loss has resumed or we missed something, we return at no charge and resume testing.

What's covered:

  • Return visit and full system re-test
  • Identification of any leaks we missed the first time
  • Updated written diagnostic report
  • Any minor on-the-spot repairs needed to address missed leaks

What isn't covered:

  • New leaks that developed after our initial visit, due to physical damage or neglect.
  • Repairs performed by other contractors that may have altered the system
  • Damage caused by unrelated events (freeze damage, storm damage, etc.)
Warranty 02

2-Year Minor Repair
Warranty.

Duration: 24 months from date of completion
Covers: On-the-spot patches, sealant applications, and other small repairs
Cost to you: $0 for warranty service within 24 months

When we perform a leak detection and complete a minor repair on the spot — a patch, a fitting replacement, or similar small-scope work — that repair is warranted for a full two years from the date of completion.

This matters more than it sounds. Industry standard for on-the-spot patches is 30 days or less, and most competitors don't warranty their "free" patches at all.

What's covered:

  • On-the-spot patches and sealant applications
  • Return visit and re-repair at no charge if the minor work fails

What isn't covered:

  • Wear-and-tear on consumable components (o-rings, gaskets)
  • Damage from third-party work or unrelated equipment failure
  • New leaks at locations different from the original repair
Warranty 03

3-Year Major Repair
Warranty.

Duration: 36 months from date of completion
Covers: Structural repairs, pipe repairs
Cost to you: $0 for warranty service within 36 months

Three years is not a marketing number. It's the minimum length of time we've determined, through 35+ years of field experience, that our repair technology will hold under real-world conditions. Most competitors warranty major repairs for 30 days or less, or issue a verbal guarantee that evaporates if the repair fails. We put 36 months in writing because we've earned the right to.

What's covered:

  • Structural crack repairs, (i.e. vertical shell & horizontal bond beam cracks)
  • Internal Pipe Repairs (IPR)
  • Standard pipe repairs
  • Skimmer & Drain Pot Replacement

What isn't covered:

  • Extensions of the original crack area.
  • Third-party work that alters, overlaps, or compromises the repaired area
  • Chemical damage from extreme water chemistry imbalance
  • Repairs that are damaged during renovations

Reference your original service date and invoice number (or just your address — we keep full records for every job). Describe what's happening.

Step 02

Schedule a return visit

Once we receive your warranty request, we'll schedule a warranty inspection. Because we want to allow enough time to thoroughly evaluate any legitimate warranty concern, these visits are scheduled within our regular service calendar rather than as expedited appointments.

Step 03

We make it right

Re-test, re-repair, or explain what's genuinely out of scope. If it's our work that failed, you pay nothing. Period.
